He whom has a heart, worries

He whom worries, loves

He who love, has compassion for those around him

I feel your pain, I feel your sorrow.

Let those close hold you,

for tomorrow things will be better.

Hug your mate, hug your friend;

Hug yourself, feel the warmth.

Look around, and see what's there

Your heart shared;

others share back.

you are you, i am me, we are we.

Rest your heart upon our shoulders;

we feel your pain, we feel your sorrow.

let us hold you tight, feel the comfort.

It's ok to sigh, it's ok to cry.

it's ok to laugh, it's ok to scream.

Pain has no one expression.

Think of me, think of you

think of what hurts,

think of what doesn't hurt.

We all have our ways of dealing

with pain and stress;

that fills our world.

There is no escape, there is no hiding.

what is here is here;

there is no use denying.

Take the good, take the bad

Embrace all that is, equally.

love one and love all.

We think of bad, it eats us easily

don't forget to think of good, to save ourselves.

Hug me, hold me, as I hug you, and hold you as well.
